  • A first videoconference call between you, us and the franchise provides a clear first glimpse of the potential for success.
  • Reading the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with you will clarify the most important sections of this future partnership with the franchisor.
  • We will together examine in detail all the parameters of the franchisor and the franchisees already in place, including their accounts and results (as disclosed in the FDD)
  • And of course also any disputes and prior bankruptcy of the management team and the franchisor (as disclosed in the FDD)
  • Follows the analysis of the management team and the company
  • We support you during the "validation calls" with the franchisees in situ
  • All this in order to provide you with as many elements as possible to enable you to make an educated decision.
